The invention of the product ‘Proxi-mate’ by Springboard investment Assistive Technologies has significantly reduced the number of injuries resulting from falls of senior citizens.
All aged care facilities in the north of Tasmania currently use the Proxi-mate unit with around 500 operating aorund the state yielding very promising results.
